James G. Chrysson Named Southern Community Financial Corporation Lead Director

The independent directors of Southern Community Financial Corporation elected James G. Chrysson to be the Lead Director of the independent directors. As Lead Director, Mr. Chrysson will be chair of the regular and called meetings of the independent directors.
