James O'Neill Joins NeuralIQ Board

Former Siemens CEO Joins Board of Directors at Network Security Company

KIRKLAND, WA--(Marketwire - January 20, 2010) - NeuralIQ, the only provider of real-time network intrusion forensics, today announced that James R. O'Neill has joined their Board of Directors.

Formerly the CEO of Siemens Enterprise Communications, O'Neill brings more than 30 years of technology industry experience to NeuralIQ. Prior to Siemens, O'Neill served as chairman and CEO of CompuDyne Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to the public securities market.

In addition, O'Neill was responsible for the company's entire IT shared-service organization, which managed and implemented enterprise solutions in partnership with the company's corporate office.
