Jeff Pullen Joins AudienceScience as President and COO to Drive Execution of Key Strategies for Growth

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) -  AudienceScience, a targeting technology company driving digital marketing success, announced today that Jeff Pullen, an industry veteran who formerly served as COO of ValueClick and most recently as the CEO of US Search, has joined the company as president and chief operating officer. Pullen brings a lengthy and successful career in strategy innovation and operational excellence and will be contributing his deep expertise to the continued growth and development of AudienceScience as a powerful leader in the online advertising industry. In addition, Mr. Pullen will be joining the company's board of directors.

Jeff Pullen has previously served as CEO, COO and CFO of a number of public and private companies, most recently as CEO of US Search, a people search and public records company. Prior to US Search, he was CEO of QFour Digital, which he formed in partnership with GTCR Golder Rauner, to pursue acquisitions in the online marketing services sector. Previously, he held several positions at ValueClick, Inc. (VCLK), one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies, which he joined as a result of ValueClick's acquisition of Commission Junction, where he was CEO. Mr. Pullen's career also includes many years as a partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in troubled company restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and litigation services.
