Joanne Yolles Returns to Her Roots at Scaramouche

Scaramouche restaurant announced today that Joanne Yolles, pastry chef extraordinaire and creator of the famed Coconut Cream Pie, is returning to Scaramouche where she started her career 25 years ago.

Chef Yolles has worked her magic at leading kitchens in Toronto since 1983 and is known internationally for her imagination, precision and consistency. She worked at Scaramouche with Executive Chef Keith Froggett from 1983 to 1997.
