Jose Mourinho Wins Title of Dream Boss

GLOUCESTER, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - June 22, 2010) - Ex-Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho has topped a poll of celebrities that most office workers would most choose to be their boss. Online stationery supplies company, AOS Online, revealed that the football boss was employees' number one choice with the majority of people who work in an office.

The Portuguese boss took the title - along with the many others he is famous for winning – comfortably beating off competition from fellow England manager, Fabio Capello and Man United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson.

The runner up in the survey, which questioned employees from a range of office jobs on who their perfect superior would be, was Mary Portas, TV's leading retail marketing consultant. Portas has become famous for her BBC2 programme, 'Mary Queen of Shops' which sees her come to the aid of struggling businesses with her expert advice.

Mourinho is no stranger to winning, especially given his recent appointment as the new manager of Real Madrid following his success in winning the treble with Inter Milan, which is the second in his managerial career. He is renowned for being a charismatic leader with outstanding motivational skills as well as somebody who can build strong sides that work well together as a team. So you can be sure if he was in charge of an office, they would have nothing but the best stationery supplies in their cabinet!

Some of the other big names in the running as candidates for the accolade of best boss included Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey and Jamie Oliver as well as a few 'unusual' choices, shall we say, such as Steve Coogan's character, Alan Partridge.
