KIT digital Adds Industry Veterans to Management Team

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) -  KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), a leading global provider of on-demand software solutions for managing and monetizing Internet Protocol (IP)-based video assets, made a number of recent appointments to its management team, as part of the company's ongoing centralization of key corporate functions into its Prague headquarters and integration from the recent acquisition of Multicast Media.

Over the last 30 days, the company has added the following executives to its global management team (listed alphabetically):

Joshua Arensberg, 35, executive vice president of product development. Arensberg is responsible for overseeing all engineering, research and development relating to the VX-one software platform, as well as managing the integration of various technology stacks. Prior to this appointment, Arensberg served as the executive vice president of technology and global chief information officer at SDI Media, where he oversaw all areas of technology, research and development, with a focus on new media, electronic workflows, content protection and digital asset management. Arensberg is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Olivier Bauduin, 43, vice president of business operations and M&A integration. Bauduin is responsible for managing daily business operations and facilities, and oversees the integration of new acquisitions. Prior to this appointment, Bauduin spent over 18 years in senior management roles, including the CEO of Business Solutions, a company providing professional business management services to companies going through transition, and group COO at POS Media. Bauduin is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Frederic Dominioni, 37, global sales director. Dominioni is responsible for supporting lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, team quota and pipeline management, as well as global closing support for large enterprise prospects in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Asia-Pacific. Dominioni has worked for over 15 years in senior sales positions at Brightcove, VMware and Motorola. Dominioni is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Steven Herbert, 45, head of EMEA. Herbert is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's P&L and operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Herbert led and successfully scaled the EMEA region for DST Systems, Amdocs, Entriq and, most recently, DivX. Herbert has spent over 15 years of his career in senior sales and management positions serving the digital and broadcast media verticals with core business support, operational support and enterprise applications. Herbert is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Laura Kaatz, 46, vice president of channel partnerships. Kaatz is responsible for driving strategic, channel and reseller partnership revenues globally in concert with regional P&L teams in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Laura brings over 14 years of telecommunications and Internet channel sales, marketing and business development experience, having managed substantial strategic alliance, channel partnership and reseller programs at Sprint, EarthLink and Rogers Communications. Kaatz is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Roland Karsenty, 50, vice president of client operations. Karsenty is responsible for the deployment and support of KIT digital's VX-one software solutions globally. Karsenty brings over 15 years of senior technology management experience, and previously served as technology vice president at both Pfizer and Honeywell, where he led the global roll-out and deployment of major client programs. Previously, Karsenty served as director of consulting and integration at Hewlett-Packard, where he led the company's global rich media business and delivery practice. Karsenty is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Chance Mason, 32, head of global faith-based initiatives. Mason is responsible for replicating recently acquired Multicast Media's success in the Faith segment to territories around the world, including Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Since 2001, Mason has served as president of faith-based initiatives for Multicast, where he directed the strategic launch and delivery of two of the largest faith-based online broadcast properties globally. Mason is based in KIT digital's Americas regional headquarters in Atlanta.

Pierre Nejam, 43, head of the project management office. Nejam is responsible for streamlining and standardizing all corporate processes, and coordinating all major client-facing and internal projects. Nejam has been in the IT industry for over 17 years, and has worked in senior project management and client deployment positions with IBM and SAP, among others. Nejam is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Lou Schwartz, 42, head of the Americas. Schwartz is responsible for managing the company's P&L and operations for North and South America. Schwartz co-founded Multicast Media in 2000, where he led the organization and its strategic direction as CEO up until its acquisition by KIT digital in March 2010. Schwartz brings over 15 years of management experience in the digital media sector. He has won several entrepreneurship awards, and is a nationally recognized expert on new media and IP video convergence. Schwartz is based in KIT digital's Americas regional headquarters in Atlanta.

John E. Warren III, 59, chief administrative officer. Warren is responsible for global business operations and administration, including human resources, corporate communications, legal services, procurement and corporate travel. Warren brings over 25 years of general management experience, and has previously held senior executive positions at Anadigics, Alphanet Solutions, Hayward Industries, and UNISYS. Warren is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.

Thomas Wittig, 45, executive vice president of client services. Wittig is responsible for global client services, as well as the Project Management Office -- with the goal of maintaining a profitable and satisfied client base. Wittig brings over 20 years of senior management experience in the technology and service industry, and has held various global leadership positions focused on service and product delivery, operations, strategic initiatives, service automation, platform support and ecosystem enablement, sales and marketing for companies such as Microsoft Corporation and SAP. Wittig is based in KIT digital's Prague headquarters.
