Karen Cambray Named Chief Financial Officer at Mall Networks

LEXINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - February 8, 2010) - Mall Networks, the leading provider of merchant-funded loyalty shopping solutions, today announced that Karen Cambray has been appointed the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Cambray brings more than twenty years of executive finance experience in early-stage, emerging technology companies to Mall Networks, where she will be leading the company's finance, legal and administrative functions.

Before joining Mall Networks, Karen served as the CFO and vice president of operations at Zeemote, a venture-backed manufacturer of wireless controllers for mobile applications. At Zeemote she managed all financial, legal, administrative and operational activities for the company, including IT, logistics and manufacturing planning. Prior to Zeemote, she served as CFO of Groove Mobile, a venture-backed, mobile music company acquired by Livewire Mobile in 2008. At Groove Mobile, she was responsible for financial operations, human resource, legal and administrative functions, as well as overseeing the network operations and datacenter for Groove Mobile's mobile music platform. In her role at Groove Mobile, Karen was recognized for closing $15.5 million of equity financings as well closing a $6 million venture debt financing. Karen previously held senior financial management positions at Be Free, Inc., a publicly traded Internet marketing company, Internet Securities, a venture backed online information service provider, Millipore Corporation and Arthur Andersen.
