Kathryn Finn Joins Bond Companies as General Counsel

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - December 31, 2007) - Kathryn Finn has joined Bond Companies as its General Counsel and will be located in the Chicago office of the commercial real estate development company, it was announced today.

As General Counsel, Finn will oversee and direct Bond Companies' legal matters, including the management of internal and external resources for corporate matters as well as development and joint venture projects.

Prior to joining Bond Companies, Ms. Finn was a partner in the Real Estate Department at Chicago-based Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, and most recently, she was Managing Counsel for Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago.

Her experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, finance, leasing, property management, brokerage and development, with a principal focus on large scale, complex, multi-property sites.

Finn has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin. She also completed her undergraduate studies at Wisconsin, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.

Bond Companies, which was founded in 1987 by brothers Lawrence S. Bond and Robert J. Bond, also has offices in Los Angeles and Richmond, VA.
