Kearny Ventures Hires Andrew Jensen as Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - December 1, 2008) - Kearny Venture Partners has hired Andrew Jensen as Chief Financial Officer, the firm announced today.

As CFO, Mr. Jensen will oversee investor relations, legal, finance, information technology and human resources, and he will assist the investing team with transaction structuring and financial due diligence. Prior to joining Kearny Ventures, Mr. Jensen was CFO of Liquid Realty Partners, a real-estate secondaries firm, from 2005 to 2008. Before that, he was the Senior Controller of Gryphon Investors and Director of Finance at Sanderling Ventures. Earlier, Mr. Jensen, a certified public accountant, was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. He has earned his BA in Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
