Kenexa Names Sarah Teten to New Role as Chief Customer Officer

Ten-Year Company Veteran Assumes Newly Created Position to Ensure Intense Focus on 'Extreme Service'

WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - November 12, 2009) - Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Sarah Teten has assumed the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer. In this capacity, she will be responsible for ensuring that Kenexa's new brand is communicated, delivered and fulfilled at each phase of the customer lifecycle, and she will drive the delivery of Kenexa's Extreme Service Hierarchy globally.
