Kevin Brown Joins Encore Discovery Solutions as Vice President, Client Services

Experienced Industry Manager and Consultant Will Lead New Unit Dedicated to Enhancing the "Encore Service Experience"

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - August 17, 2010) -  Encore Discovery Solutions, a knowledge-based provider of electronic discovery and related services, has announced that electronic discovery expert Kevin K. Brown has joined the company as Vice President, Client Services and leader of its new Client Services unit. He is based at the company's National Operations Center in Phoenix.

Mr. Brown will oversee Encore's project managers, discovery consultants, new project design and kick-off team and the company's issue-resolution experts. "In hiring Kevin we have created a new Client Services Group within Encore that is totally committed to optimizing our clients' experience in working with our company," said Greg Mazares, president & CEO of Encore Discovery Solutions. The Client Services Group is separate from -- but will work closely with -- both Account Management and Operations personnel and will constantly measure client satisfaction and quality performance.

Mr. Brown brings to Encore almost 15 years of experience in strategic planning and operational consulting. Most recently, he was a director at Huron Consulting Group, where he advised both major law firms and corporations on data mapping, electronic discovery assessment, discovery management and implementing systems for litigation hold workflow and management. Previously, he served as a manager at KPMG's Cypress Technology Center, where he planned, deployed and managed web-based discovery solutions for corporate and outside counsel. "Kevin has the industry expertise, communication skills and passion for excellence needed to serve as an advocate for our clients while doing what makes sense for our shareholders," added Mazares.
