KidSational Announces Partnership With IMC for Multi-Media Marketing of Its Products

SAVANNAH, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 9, 2005 -- KidSational, Inc. (OTC: KDSC), a creator and developer of children's educational programming, announced today that it has partnered with International Marketing Consortium (IMC) for the multi-media marketing of its products. The partnership allows KidSational to utilize 1.5 million dollars in multi-media advertising for its children's educational programming and products.
