Kingston CA Re-Elected District Association President

Brent Wilson leads local Chartered Accountants

KINGSTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2009) - Kingston Chartered Accountant and prominent business leader Brent Wilson, CA, has been re-elected President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario's Eastern Ontario District CA Association. The District Association is the CA profession's local presence and organizes activities that benefit local Chartered Accountants and the community at large.

In addition to helping to serve, represent and provide fellowship among local CAs, the District Association also helps bring the Institute's many programs to its members, while also organizing important community events, such as tax clinics for people with low incomes.

Mr. Wilson is a Partner of Collins Barrow SEO LLP. He received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 1991 from Carleton University and CA designation in 1993. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in providing assurance, tax, and business consulting services to a wide variety of private and not-for-profit organizations. He works very closely with small and medium-size businesses, not-for-profit organizations and owner-managed businesses as their primary business advisor.
