Kinti Mining (PINKSHEETS: KMLD) and Michigan Collegiate Partners Holdings Sign Deal

ANN ARBOR, MI--(Marketwire - April 6, 2010) -  Michigan Collegiate Partners Holdings President Brad Hayosh states the following: "We are pleased to announce that we have signed a definitive Memorandum of Understanding with Kinti Mining (PINKSHEETS: KMLD). Michigan Collegiate Partners Holdings and Kinti will merge with Michigan Collegiate Partners Holdings contributing $50,000,000 worth of real estate holdings to KMLD. At the closing of the transaction, Brad Hayosh will assume the role of President and CEO of Kinti and current Kinti President Richard Byrd will resign. The transaction will initiate with the contribution of Michigan Collegiate Partners Holdings interest in a 350 unit apartment complex in Lansing, Michigan valued at approximately $10,000,000 with additional assets to be brought into the company over the next 6 months.
