KnightTV Appoints Dale Taylor as President

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2009) - KNIGHTSCOVE MEDIA CORP. (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Knightscove", "Company") is pleased to announce Dale Taylor as President of it's newly acquired US and Canadian cable and satellite network, KnightTV.

"Dale has a unique understanding and vision for the programming, commissioning and branding of family friendly content which was effectively demonstrated in his role of VP of Programming and Production at YTV. As one of the key architects of the success of YTV from 1989 - 1997, Dale oversaw the commissioning of many award-winning and leading edge shows such as Big Comfy Couch, Goosebumps, Reboot, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, The YTV Youth Achievement Awards and many others. His guidance led YTV to become the most successful independent cable channel in Canada which is now one of Corus' key assets and revenue generators. As mentioned in our previous press release, KIDMAZING is currently available to 10 million households in the US and Canada, through Cox, Charter, Dish and Shaw. This is an initial platform which is almost equal to the entire number of Canadian households and from which management believes it can rapidly grow. Kidmazing has been rated as high as 18 out of 157 channels on the VOD platform in the US based on viewership.
