LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 29, 2010) - Yogen Bhagat, the Artistic and Creative Director of Bollywood Step Dance company, manages his career, both as a Civil Engineer with Los Angeles County and a as a professional Bollywood choreographer, with equal zeal and finesse. Bollywood Dancing is based on Indian styles including classical, folk and bhangra and is often blended with western dance forms such as jazz, salsa, hip hop and modern, depending on whether the song is traditional or modern. Yogen says. "The style is very expressive, colorful and vibrant." His fusion style is inspired by Gopi Krishna, the legendary Indian classical dancer, Michael Jackson and Ganesh Hegde, a well-known choreographer in Bollywood.
