Lake Shore Gold Added to S&P/TSX Global Mining Index, S&P/TSX Global Gold Index and S&P/TSX Smallcap Index

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2009) - Lake Shore Gold Corp. (TSX:LSG) ("Lake Shore Gold" or the "Company") today announced that the Company is being added to the S&P/TSX Global Mining Index, the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index and the S&P/TSX Smallcap Index effective at the open on Monday, September 21, 2009.
