Landen Capital Corp.: Initial Exploration Program Completed at the Arizona Gold Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 26, 2010) - Landen Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:LAN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that an initial exploration program at its Bonanza gold project (the "Project"), La Paz County, Arizona has been completed.

Bonanza Exploration Program

The initial program, at the Project consisted of detailed surveying of the accessible underground workings, geological mapping and an extensive sampling program. The complete assay results are pending from the sampling and will be released when all have been received. Management will make recommendations and implement additional work upon a review of the initial data received.

The objectives of the initial program, as outlined in the Company's technical report filed on Sedar ( entitled, "Technical Report on the Bonanza Project, La Paz County, Arizona USA", included determining the true spatial location of the existing underground workings and creation of a 3D model of the entire project leading to an improved understanding of the structural and mineralizing controls of the gold system. The results of this effort should provide an estimate of the mineralized potential for the property as well as providing support for additional exploration works.
