Leads360 Names Alan Lang Chief Technology Officer

Former Engineering Executive for and Overture Services to Lead Technology Strategy for Lead Management Software Company

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - April 15, 2010) -  Leads360, the industry leader in sales lead management software, today announced the appointment of Alan Lang as chief technology officer (CTO). A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in managing software development for start-ups, dot-coms and Fortune 100 companies, Lang possesses a wealth of knowledge in e-commerce, search engines, paid search, and online advertising.

In his role as CTO, Lang will drive the technology roadmap and strategy for Leads360's lead management software, which manages more than 20 million leads for over 5,000 clients. In addition, Lang will finalize the structure of Leads360's Integration Engineering and Quality Assurance functions. Leads360's chief architect and engineering management functions will report to Lang.

Prior to Leads360, Lang served as vice president of engineering at During his five-year tenure, Lang helped build the company into the premier online B2B search engine and directory. After the sale of to Dex One Corporation, Lang held the position of vice president of engineering and was responsible for rebuilding and relaunching the company's flagship local search site, Lang was also instrumental in developing its advertising engine, mobile platform and distribution partner network. Prior to, Alan served as vice president of advertiser systems engineering at Overture Services, a Yahoo! Company. He was responsible for managing the design, development and operations of Overture's critical business systems. Lang has also held a number of engineering management positions for companies such as eMemories, Pfizer, Xerox, and Locus.
