LesPAC.com and Occasion.ca Now Integrated Into a Unique Classified Web Site: LesPAC.com

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 2, 2007) - LesPAC.com, Quebec's largest classified web site, and Occasion.ca have merged into a one-stop-shop, providing buyers and sellers a single web destination for Quebec's classified advertising.

"We are always looking for ways to enhance the user's experience and to deliver maximum customer satisfaction," said Suzanne Moquin, President, LesPAC.com. Genevieve LeBrun, Vice President, Marketing for Trader Corporation added: "By bringing Occasion.ca under the LesPAC.com banner, we are creating a unique web property with enhanced advertising services."

Concurrent to this integration, LesPAC.com will expand its used vehicle content thanks to a new management tool that will enable auto dealers to transfer their inventory from Trader's AutoHebdo.net site, Quebec's leading used car site, to LesPAC.com, Quebec's leading classified site. This function will give sellers enhanced visibility to showcase their products, which in turn will allow users to access even more local content.

In April 2007, LesPAC and Trader Corporation, Canada's leader in print and online vertical media and owner of Occasion.ca, announced the creation of a partnership dedicated to providing online classified advertising services.

LesPAC.com is Quebec's number one classified web site. It reaches approximately
1.8 million unique visitors per month(1), accounting for 61% of the classified category's total traffic in Quebec(2). LesPAC.com ranks among the most visited web sites in Quebec, all categories included.

Online classified advertising is a fast growing category. In August 2007, nearly 3 million Quebeckers visited at least one site in this category, a 31% increase compared to the previous year.
