Let Millions View Your Job Posting With JobServe

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - March 31, 2010) -  JobServe today announced a new feature for employers wishing to extend the audience viewing their job postings.

With the simple checking of a tick box, employers can now choose to select the option to distribute their job postings to our partner network and instantly benefit from the added collective exposure to 40 million unique US visitors.

This new feature is initially available to customers using JobServe credits to post their jobs and will simply deduct one extra job credit each time a recruiter opts to increase their job's exposure in this way by immediately distributing the job to hundreds of job boards, job aggregators and affiliates with no additional effort required by the recruiter.

Commenting on this release Phil Simpson, VP of Sales, said, "We know our customers often find certain jobs hard to fill which is where the extra exposure provided by our partner network will undoubtedly help increase the likelihood of finding suitable candidates."

"When recruiters need to fill a role quickly, they need a 'one stop shop,' and our partner network helps JobServe provide this service," Simpson added.

"We have introduced this feature so recruiters can decide when placing their job posting whether to distribute or not, and if they decide to go for the extra exposure, it's a simple tick box they need to check."

Details of the Partner Network can be found on

"We advise our customers to ensure they put both the salary and the city or town where the job is located on their job postings, as our records show these two simple steps make a huge difference in the number of applications received.

"By following this simple advice and distributing to our Partner Network we are extremely confident that our customers will see immediate returns, and we aim to provide further versions of this product making it available to all customers wishing to use it in the very near future.

"I'm looking forward to receiving feedback on this new feature as we continue to strive to make our recruiters lives easier," Simpson concluded.
