Lineup Secured for Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl Kickoff Luncheon

Event Partner, MA3 LLC, Announces Keynote Speaker Chad Hennings & Honored Guest Brigadier General Halstead

DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - December 14, 2007) - As a corporate partner with the 2007 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl, MA3 LLC (Military Alliance and Associates LLC), a military recruiting firm under the arm of CareerLink Companies, is pleased to announce its distinguished guests for the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl Kickoff Luncheon, which will be held Friday, December 28, 2007, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at The Speedway Club inside Texas Motor Speedway. Chad Hennings, 1987 Outland Trophy winner and 2006 College Football Hall of Fame inductee, will serve as the keynote speaker at the event. Brigadier General Rebecca S. Halstead, the first female graduate of West Point to be promoted to Brigadier General and the 34th Chief of Ordinance for the United States Army, will attend the event as an honored guest and the official representative of the U.S. Army. A special DVD presentation by General David Petraeus, Commanding General, Multi-National Force-Iraq, will also be aired at the luncheon.

Keynote speaker Hennings is best known for his role with the Dallas Cowboys, but his successes began long before his professional football career. An accomplished lineman in high school, Hennings attended the U.S. Air Force Academy where he received numerous academic and athletic honors. Named most valuable athlete at the academy, he earned defensive player of the year honors from the Western Athletic Conference and was named to the league's All-Decade Team. He received the Outland Trophy in 1987, given to the country's outstanding lineman, and the most valuable player designation at the 1988 Freedom Bowl. A two-time Academic All-American, Hennings was also inducted into the GTE Academic All-American Hall of Fame.

Hennings' exemplary achievements put him at the top of many draft lists and earned him a spot on the Dallas Cowboys' roster, but he postponed his entry into the National Football League to fulfill his commitment to the U.S. Air Force. He entered the Euro-NATO program, a training program for top pilots, and soon found himself at the controls of the A-10 Thunderbolt aircraft. During his four-year stint with the Air Force, Hennings flew 45 missions in support of Operation Provide Comfort in northern Iraq, an effort that helped provide relief and humanitarian aid to Kurdish refugees. He received two aerial achievement medals, a humanitarian award and an outstanding unit award for his actions in the service.

After his discharge, Hennings joined the Dallas Cowboys, quickly earning a starting position as a defensive lineman. He spent his entire nine-year professional football career with the Cowboys, retiring in 2001 with three Super Bowl rings. Hennings is now the president of Hennings Management Corporation, a marketing and consulting company. He is also a principal in TRW, a rock retaining wall business.

In addition to Hennings, MA3 LLC is pleased to host Brigadier General Rebecca S. Halstead at the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl Kickoff Luncheon as the official representative of the United States Army at the event. Brigadier General Halstead is a native of Willseyville, NY. She was commissioned in the Ordinance Corps upon graduation from the United States Army Military Academy, West Point, in 1981 and is the first female graduate of West Point to be promoted to Brigadier General. She has received numerous awards and decorations throughout her career in the military, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (with five oak leaf clusters), the Army Commendation Medal (with oak leaf cluster), the Army Achievement Medal, the Air Assault Badge, and the Army Staff Badge.

Brigadier General Halstead's most recent assignment was as Commanding General, 3rd Corps Support Command, U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army Germany from September 2004 to September 2006 with deployment to Operation Freedom Iraq.

"We are truly honored to have Chad Hennings and Brigadier General Rebecca Halstead at this year's Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl Kickoff Luncheon," said Alex Powers, President and Founder of MA3 LLC and decorated former U.S. Army infantry field grade officer. "Both have had amazing careers in their respective fields and have bravely served our country.
