LiveOffice Strengthens Management Team, Names Frank Sansone as New CFO

Former Guidance Software Exec Brings Relevant Industry and Operational Experience

TORRANCE, CA--(Marketwire - August 7, 2008) - LiveOffice, the leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) email archiving solutions, announced today that it has appointed Frank J. Sansone as its chief financial officer. Sansone fills this newly created position to help support the company's ongoing growth and expansion into new markets. He brings 15 years of experience in financial management, compliance and e-discovery, and will oversee LiveOffice's finance, administration and human resource divisions. As part of his new role, Sansone will also serve on the company's board of directors.

"LiveOffice is poised for unprecedented growth in the next few years, and talented leaders like Frank are an integral component to achieving our long-term goals," said Nick Mehta, chief executive officer of LiveOffice. "We are thrilled to welcome Frank to the LiveOffice family and our executive management team. His in-depth experience in the e-discovery space and understanding of complex compliance and legal issues are invaluable as we continue our leadership in the financial services industry and gain a stronger foothold in new markets."

Sansone has extensive experience working for both public and private companies in the software and services industry. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at Guidance Software, where he oversaw the company's worldwide financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and tax functions. Sansone joined the company as it began shifting its focus toward external sales through a successful initial public offering. Guidance Software received several top rankings in both the software and service provider categories of the 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey, and its EnCase product is the highest-rated e-discovery software for search, collection, identification, preservation and processing of electronically stored information.

Prior to his post at Guidance Software, Sansone was a director and vice president of finance for Aspen Technology, where he led the revenue department and played a key role in its Mergers and Acquisitions group. He also served as Petrolsoft Corporation's vice president of finance, building an organization that was ultimately acquired by Aspen Technology. Before joining Petrolsoft, Sansone directed services for Fortune 500 and middle-market companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers and developed extensive experience in SEC reporting, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Sansone earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of La Verne and is a certified public accountant.
