Lloyd G. Trotter became Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners after a nearly 40-year career with General Electric capped by his being appointed a vice chairman of the company in August 2006.

As a vice chairman of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Industrial, Trotter was responsible for a $28 billion business with nearly 80,000 employees worldwide. GE Industrial, comprised of GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Enterprise Solutions, provides a broad range of products and services throughout the world, including appliances, lighting and industrial products, factory automation systems, security and sensor technology, along with equipment financing, management, and operating services.

Prior to this role, Mr. Trotter was executive vice president of Operations where he led efforts to improve operational excellence across GE's businesses. From 2004 to 2006 he served as president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial, a role he assumed following the 2004 merger of GE's Consumer Products, Industrial Systems, and Supply businesses.

Mr. Trotter was a founding member of GE's African-American Forum and is actively involved in professional and community organizations. He represented GE for America's Promise, an organization aiming to increase volunteerism in support of youth. He has served on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and the GE Foundation. He is currently on the board of Pepsico.

Mr. Trotter graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and in 2001 the school awarded him an honorary doctorate degree. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from the school of business at North Carolina A&T.

Most recently, Mr. Boyda held the position of president and CEO of GE Security, a $2 billion global business focused on communication and information technologies for security, safety and lifestyle enhancements. GE Security was initially formed through General Electric's acquisition in 2002 of Interlogix, Inc., where Boyda served as president, CEO, and director.

While at Interlogix, Inc. and predecessor company SLC Technologies, Inc., Boyda defined and led the formation of today's GE Security business by engineering the merger and acquisition of more than 40 companies over a period of 15 years. This tremendous undertaking created what is now a multi-billion dollar wholly owned subsidiary of the General Electric Company.

In 2006, Boyda was inducted into the SSI (Security Solutions International) Security Industry Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement award that recognizes individuals whose distinguished careers have helped shape the security industry.

Mr. Boyda received an A.B. degree in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining to GenNx, Rena led a distressed middle market manufacturing company's turnaround as CEO and President; the firm was eventually successfully divested to a strategic acquirer. In addition, she was responsible for creating a profitable standalone operating company carved out from a large international corporation in the specialty chemicals industry partnering with a private equity sponsor.

Over the past five years, he has also acted as an advisor to several Venture Capital firms as they pursued investments in the security and personal identification markets.

Previously, Mr. Schuldt was the Senior V.P. of SLC Technologies, Inc., a company focused on providing sophisticated electronic security solutions to a worldwide market through its eight operating companies. Mr. Schuldt joined SLC as a result of their purchase of Casi-Rusco, Inc. SLC was subsequently acquired by General Electric in 2002.

From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Schuldt was the President and CEO of Casi-Rusco, Inc., with headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, and 20 field sales and support offices around the world. Casi-Rusco was a leading developer and manufacturer of electronic access control, RF identification and security information systems. Mr. Schuldt, company management and Venture Capital investors purchased this company from Figgie International in 1994 and, after four years of continued rapid sales and profit growth, successfully sold it to SLC Technologies where he continued with the company in the senior corporate role described above.

Prior to his term at Casi-Rusco, Schuldt served as President and principal founder of DTI Security, Inc., a Silicon Valley based manufacturer of residential and commercial security, fire and access control equipment. In 1988 he sold the company to Cerberus A.G. of Mannendorf, Switzerland.
