Company Continues Strengthening Executive Team as It Experiences Greater Levels of Growth and Product Demand

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 29, 2006 -- LogicalApps, the provider of embedded governance software for enterprise applications, today announced that Peter B. Harker has joined the company as its chief financial officer. The appointment, on the heels of recent additions to its executive staff including a new executive vice president of sales and a new senior vice president of product development, further demonstrates the company's vigorous commitment to market leadership through strategic growth (see LogicalApps web site for related releases). Harker brings extensive experience as CFO of several venture capital-backed companies and has a wide range of expertise in Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, tactical implementation and banking relations.

"The governance, risk and compliance software market is exploding, and correspondingly, the increasing demand for LogicalApps solutions has really driven the need for a CFO who will provide financial stewardship coupled with a strategic vision," said Chris Capdevila, CEO and co-founder of LogicalApps. "Peter has the extensive high-level transactional expertise and wide range of business experience to capitalize on LogicalApps' financial stability so that we can outperform our competitors."

Immediately prior to joining LogicalApps, Harker served as CFO at New York-based Medidata Solutions, Inc., a software developer in the clinical data management space. Before that, he was the CFO at Optum, Inc., a provider of supply-chain solutions. Previously, Harker held corporate controller and CFO positions at GTI Corporation, Photomatrix, Inc. (fka Xscribe Corporation), and National Medical Computer Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reynolds & Reynolds Company. Prior to NMCS, Harker worked for Deloitte & Touche.

"LogicalApps holds a terrific position in a compelling space, presenting an exciting opportunity for me to join a seasoned management team and help drive the company's success," said Harker. "I have a practical appreciation for the solutions we provide and first-hand knowledge of the value they bring to companies navigating the difficult terrain of governance and compliance. I am extremely bullish on the future of this company."
