Longfellow Benefits, Boston, Hires Consultant and Executive Assistant


BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - May 5, 2010) -  Colleen Grady and Robin Blue have joined Longfellow Benefits, a Boston employee benefits consultant and broker. Grady is a benefits consultant and Blue is an executive assistant.

Grady has 10 years of experience in benefits and human resources and has worked in corporate benefits in the human resources departments of engineering, retail, and management-consulting firms. At Longfellow Benefits, she helps employers design, implement and service cost-effective benefits programs.

Grady received her bachelor's degree in communications from Boston College and her master's degree in human resources management from Boston University. She holds the Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS) designation and lives in Boston's North End. 

Blue has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, including positions at Pacific Life, UNUM, National Life of Vermont and Travelers. She holds the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designations.

Blue provides administrative support to the firm's executive benefits division, working primarily with principal Craig Cerretani. She lives in Grafton.
