MEDIA ADVISORY: Penfolds-Wine Re-Corking Clinic to Visit Vancouver

Local wine collectors, investors and restaurateurs will have an opportunity to take aged bottles of Penfolds red wine in for a health-check when its red-wine re-corking clinic visits Vancouver on October 19th. Hosted by Chief Winemaker Peter Gago, the clinic will assess Penfolds wines aged fifteen or more years and if necessary, opened, tasted, topped off, re-corked and re-capsuled on the spot. The service is free to the public and a representative from Christie's Auction House will be on hand to offer market appraisal.
