MORAGA, CA--(Marketwire - January 17, 2008) - Affiliates of MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, LP (the "Purchasers") are offering to purchase up to 50, or approximately 71.43%, of the outstanding Limited Partnership units (the "Units") of Palmetto Center Associates Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), for $50,000 per Unit (the "Purchase Price"), net to the seller in cash which amount will be reduced by any cash distributions made to you by the Partnership after January 17, 2008, pursuant to a letter mailed to unitholders January 17, 2008. The expiration date is February 15, 2008. The Units will be purchased on a first-come, first-buy basis. Tendering Units pursuant to this offer is irrevocable and can only be rescinded by the Purchasers should the operations of the Partnership have a material adverse change during the course of the offering period.
