Macada Holding, Inc. Announces the Company Has Signed the Merger Agreement With Pembroke Gun and Range

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) -  Macada Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MCDA) announced that the company has signed the merger agreement with Pembroke Gun and Range, located in Hallandale, Florida. This merger adds annual sales of approx. 1.4 million in a recession resistant industry. The Board has been very quiet about the changes and movement with the company's plans. The company will be updating all shareholders with the updated structures as events take place. Further acquisitions and changes will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
