Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares February 2010 Cash Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2010) - Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:MPT.UN)(TSX:MPT.DB.A) ("MPT", or the "Fund") today declared a cash distribution for the month of February 2010 of $0.055 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on March 15, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of trading on February 26, 2010.

A distribution of $0.055 per unit will also be paid on March 15, 2010 to holders of record on February 26, 2010 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect subsidiary entity of the Fund.
