MagneGas Launches Equipment and Fuel Sales in Middle East Petroleum Countries

New Alliance Gives Company Immediate Presence and Credibility in Kuwait and Beyond

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - November 10, 2009) - MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), a producer of a metal working fuel and natural gas alternative made from liquid waste, announced today that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement ("SAA") with Kuwait-based TIES International ("TIES"). The parties entered into the SAA in order to collaborate to sell MagneGas technology in Middle East petroleum countries, expressly for the purpose of converting sewage to clean water and fuel. Sewage represents a significant environmental threat in Kuwait and throughout the Middle East; TIES anticipates strong demand for MagneGas Refineries.

TIES ( provides total engineering solutions for clients in the oil sector, power sector and wastewater sector. TIES will promote MagneGas Plasma Arc Flow™ equipment, and provide all local engineering support. Additionally, MagneGas and TIES will further collaborate on establishing manufacturing facilities in the region.

"Kuwait has four major central sewage treatment plants, yet still environmental damage from excess sewage is borderline critical," stated Dr. Adnan Al Homoud, Chairman and Managing Director of TIES. "We believe that the MagneGas technology can help in solving this problem, especially when Kuwait adopts a regional treatment model in coming months. Integrated within the regional treatment centers, the MagneGas technology could be very effective in more efficiently treating sewage, while also creating fuel. In addition, Kuwait has an enormous problem with the disposal of oil refinery and petro-chemical waste; we feel this waste could be recycled into MagneGas™ or hydrogen with the MagneGas technology."

"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Al Homoud, a world-renowned expert in mechanical engineering with many years of experience in energy and wastewater treatment," stated MagneGas CEO and Chief Scientist Dr. Ruggero Santilli. "Dr. Al Homoud and TIES have very strong connections in the Middle East, with relationships at the top government levels. As important, Dr. Al Homoud is a scientist with a lifelong commitment to solving the environmental problems of his country. TIES is the perfect organization through which to introduce MagneGas to the Middle East, and we believe this to be a key step toward rapidly creating a global brand."
