The Lower Zone in drill hole BR-07-33 returned exceptional values assaying
14.79% zinc and 1.36% copper over a 7.17 metre interval from 237.52 to 244.69 metres downhole.

Drill hole BR-07-29 intersected an interval of typical Lower Zone mineralization which returned 10.72% zinc over 5.8 metres from 428.55 to 433.60 metres. Typically the Lower Zone is at least twice the grade of the Upper Zone although the Upper Zone in drill hole BR-07-32 assayed 16.10% zinc over 2.31 metres.

To date Manicouagan Minerals has drilled a total of 37 holes totaling some 11,798 metres which includes 4,696 metres that are part of the current Phase II program which commenced in June of this year with drill hole BR-07-21. Assay results for drill holes BR-07-34 to BR-07-37 are pending. Drilling on the property has been temporarily halted due to wet conditions pending freeze-up. Drilling is expected to resume on or about November 15, 2007 and will focus on the northeast quadrant of the grid area to test for shallow portions of the deposit.

A sketch showing drill hole locations is attached.
