Tiffany Riley to Accelerate Market Leadership as SVP of Marketing and Angela Bandlow to Shape Company's Technology Direction as VP of Product Management

PETALUMA, CA--(Marketwire - October 17, 2007) - MarketLive, Inc., the leading global e-commerce solution for retailers, today announced the addition of two seasoned marketing executives and unveiled plans to move the company's world-wide headquarters to a new 21,000 sq feet Silicon Valley facility at 1001 East Hillsdale Boulevard in San Mateo, California.

Tiffany Riley has been appointed as senior vice president of Marketing with oversight of all product, branding and go to market activities. Angela Bandlow joins MarketLive as vice president of Product Management. Both bring significant experience in driving growth and market expansion for enterprise software companies. These key executives will fundamentally shape MarketLive market development, branding and product strategies.

Riley comes to MarketLive from Nextance where she served as vice president of Marketing and was responsible for shaping the company's go-to-market strategies, resulting in year over year revenue growth and recognized market leadership. Riley's background includes experience at large enterprises and fast growing start-ups such as Blue Pumpkin where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Scopus Technology, Siebel Systems and Sybase, Inc. where she held leadership roles in product management, product marketing, and customer satisfaction organizations.

Bandlow joins MarketLive from SAP, where she served as the vice president of Product Marketing for their market leading CRM solutions and was responsible for product strategy, including product roadmap, product launches, and product positioning. Prior to SAP, she held director, product and consulting roles at Allegis Corporation, Calico Commerce, IBM Global Services and Price Waterhouse, LLP. Reporting to Riley, Bandlow will oversee MarketLive's product direction with a focus on meeting the expanding needs of MarketLive customers and the growing number of e-retailers seeking to use proven, easy to implement technology to expand their online revenue and presence.

MarketLive is expected to take occupancy of the new San Mateo headquarters in early 2008, and will maintain some operations in its Petaluma, California office as well as sales offices across the United States.
