As a holistic view of consumer behavior, the report consists of data from approximately 150 MarketLive retailers earning $2 million to $200 million in annual online sales. --  MSN achieves the highest conversion rate, 4.61 percent
    

Additionally, the Index compares paid and natural search techniques -- finding that Natural Search drives a higher percentage of traffic than Paid Search.
