SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - December 4, 2009) - Marketocracy Funds(1) today announced that on December 4, 2009, annual gains were paid to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2009. The Marketocracy Masters 100 Fund (NASDAQ: MOFQX) paid out $0.06519 per share of ordinary income.

On December 4, 2009, the distribution ex-date, the Masters 100 Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) will be reduced by $0.06519 per share.
