Maximizer Software Inc.: Superior Alternative to Salesforce.com Team Edition Now Available

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 31, 2006) -

Maximizer Software announces Maximizer Team Pack special pricing; saves entrepreneurs more than 40 percent in first year

Maximizer Software Inc. (TSX:MAX), a leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions, today announced special pricing for Maximizer Team Pack - 5 licenses of Maximizer Software's popular sales and contact management system for entrepreneurs and small offices. At a one-time purchase price of $599 this represents a savings of more than 40 percent over Salesforce.com Team Edition during the first year of use alone.

Maximizer Team Pack special pricing offers significant savings for small offices and entrepreneurs while providing a seamless upgrade path to Maximizer Software's enterprise-caliber CRM suite, Maximizer Enterprise. During the first year using the system, customers selecting Maximizer Team Pack over Salesforce.com Team Edition (which is priced at $995 for 5 users annually) will save nearly $400 for their 5-user team. Over a typical 3-year use of the product, these customers will have saved more than $2,300 - which can be re-invested into their business.

Maximizer Team Pack also offers small offices and entrepreneurs a significantly more powerful system for running their businesses. The product features a built in action planner for organizing and planning series of events, highly-tailored and easy-to-use reporting with Crystal Reports XI Professional, synchronization to Microsoft Outlook and the most popular handheld PDA devices and, importantly - access to the system when not connected to the Internet. Maximizer Team Pack also offers scalability with unlimited storage of notes, contacts and documents while Salesforce.com Team Edition limits users to 1GB of storage space. Maximizer Team Pack may be expanded beyond 5 users while Salesforce.com Team Edition users must upgrade to a different edition should they add a 6th user.

Maximizer features not offered by Salesforce.com Team Edition include:

- Unlimited storage space for documents, contacts and customer notes;

- Expandable licensing in single user increments;

- Industry templates for real estate, financial services, high-tech and more;

- Mass emailing capabilities;

- Expense management;

- Travel route planning; and

- Out of the box accounting integration.

"When selecting a customer management system to support a small, rapidly-growing business, entrepreneurs are looking at four critical criteria; a strong user interface, appropriate functionality, ability to expand as the business grows and cost," said Peter Callaghan, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Maximizer Software. "Every aspect of Maximizer Team Pack is designed to address these requirements and offers very powerful functionality, unlimited data scalability and eye-popping savings over Salesforce.com Team Edition which is often portrayed as reasonably-priced. It also frees entrepreneurs from concerns over system availability and security which have plagued Salesforce.com recently."
