WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - June 21, 2010) - McWilliams|Ballard announced today that it has been chosen as the sales team of record for the townhomes project, Pier Homes at HarborView, including the upcoming auction of 11 townhomes by Accelerated Marketing Partners. Pier Homes at HarborView consists of 88 townhomes ranging in size from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. McWilliams|Ballard, with their strong Baltimore presence at neighboring communities such as The Vue Harbor East and 414 Water Street, was selected to market and sell the remaining homes due in large part to their strong knowledge of the Baltimore City residential market and previous relationship with Accelerated Marketing Partners.
Having worked with Accelerated Marketing Partners on the auction of the final homes at the JBG community, The Mercer, in Reston Virginia, McWilliams|Ballard will be facilitating in the pre-auction sales preview before the June 28th auction as well as selling the remaining townhomes after the auction. McWilliams|Ballard's strong sales record in Baltimore helped contribute to McWilliams|Ballard's $518 million sales volume in 2009.
