McWilliams|Ballard Completes Lease-Up at The Palladian at Rockville Town Square

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - December 2, 2009) - McWilliams|Ballard announced today that the firm has successfully completed the task of leasing all unsold homes at The Palladian at Rockville Town Square. The Palladian, a 152 unit building, is an integral part of Rockville Town Square, a mixed-use community featuring ground floor retail below a multi-family residential component featuring both apartments and condominiums.

With the Palladian launching sales in late 2005, McWilliams|Ballard was assigned the task of sales and marketing in the spring of 2006. By the fall of 2007, McWilliams|Ballard had quickly completed sales and settlements for over 50% of the community, due in part to a customized sales and marketing strategy.

However in late 2007 as the nations economy and overall real estate market began to slow, the developer re-assigned McWilliams|Ballard to commence a strategic lease-up of the remaining unsold homes to not only stabilize the Palladian, but to preserve the value of the community. Versed in changing gears quickly, McWilliams|Ballard quickly modified the sales strategy to that of an accelerated lease-up, and was able to stabilize the community by the fall of 2009.
