MedSpas of America Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire South Seas Spa™

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 8, 2007) - MedSpas of America, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MEDP) announced it has signed a letter of intent to purchase South Seas Spa™. South Seas Spa™ manufactures and distributes the finest in luxury natural skin care products bringing the unrivaled beauty of the South Seas to the North American skin care markets.

South Seas Spa™ skin care ( was created by U.S. Pharmacist Renée Mills in 2006. During her travels to the South Pacific, Renée recognized that the people of the South Pacific islands are some of the most naturally beautiful people in the world. Renée found that the vast majority of Polynesians living in the South Pacific use only naturally occurring products obtained from fruit, nuts, and flowers to preserve, protect, and beautify their skin. Renée's vision was to develop a natural skin care line that truly embodies the beauty secrets practiced by Polynesians in the South Pacific for thousands of years. The parties intend to complete the transaction on or around November 1, 2007, subject to due diligence and approval by MedSpas Board of Directors, which would allow for product sales and shipments to begin during MedSpas fourth fiscal quarter.
