...to Speak at Ontario Library Association Super Conference Interview and photo opportunities

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 30, 2007) - At a plenary session entitled "New Institutions, New Landscapes," Ian E. Wilson and Lise Bissonnette will discuss how new, fully integrated libraries and archives are redefining communities and responding to a changing landscape. Through new mandates, models and roles, institutions such as Library and Archives Canada and Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec are serving the new environment and meeting new expectations by increasing access to their collections, moving beyond books to a digital gateway and reaching out to communities.
