Ken Coran, president of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, will address over 300 leaders of the union in Toronto on Thursday, August 27. In his address, Coran will outline the federation's priorities for the coming school year, including preparations for a potential H1N1 pandemic and update delegates on the outcomes of recent collective bargaining.
