Media Advisory: CFI to Announce New Funding for Leading-Edge Infrastructure

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 6, 2007) - On Friday, June 8, 2007, Dr. Eliot Phillipson, President and CEO of the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), will be joined by the Honourable Michael M Fortier, Minister of Public Works and Government Services and Minister responsible for the Montreal region, on behalf of the Honourable Maxime Bernier, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for the CFI, to announce major funding for new leading-edge infrastructure at Canadian universities and colleges.
