OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2009) - In response to the Federal Government challenging the industry to seek out, "dynamic, innovative and effective ways to build ships," Canadian industry representatives have responded by organizing this conference to analyze best practices from around the world.

Industry experts from Canada, the United States, Australia and Brazil will share case studies and lessons learned from both naval and commercial projects. Industry experts will examine worldwide best practices, Research and Development programs, state of the art shipyards and proposals for education and training.
