Media Advisory: Commissioner of Official Languages to Present Study on the Vitality of Francophone Communities in Saskatchewan at Institut francais de Regina

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2010) - Thursday, February 18, 2010. Commissioner of Official Languages Graham Fraser will present a development outlook study containing ideas on how to enhance the community vitality of Francophone communities in rural Saskatchewan. The study will be presented at a community gathering at Institut français de l'Université de Régina. The Commissioner and representatives of Saskatchewan's Francophone community will be available for interviews.
