OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 8, 2008) - Canadian Medical Association (CMA) President, Dr. Brian Day, will unveil the most complete data available on the economic costs associated with waiting for health care services in Canada. The data will be part of a speech to the Economic Club of Toronto on January 15, 2008 in Toronto. Dr. Day will also launch a major national campaign aimed at addressing the dire shortages of health care professionals in Canada.
