Media Advisory: La Roche-Posay is Launching an Interactive Tool to Track Suspect Moles

One in seven Canadians will be diagnosed with skin cancer

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 26, 2010) - The incidence of skin cancer continues to increase in Canada. Fortunately, 90% of skin cancers detected early enough can be cured. Early detection is therefore essential.

La Roche-Posay, the brand most recommended by dermatologists in Canada, invites you to the launch of a website that allows Canadians to check and track their moles with the help of an interactive tool.

The website and interactive tool will be presented throughout Canada during a webcast featuring dermatologist Dr Joël Claveau and a young woman who has been diagnosed with skin cancer. Journalists will be able to ask questions live via the Internet.
