Joseph Dell is the founder and CEO and President of Lightwave Security. Dell founded Lightwave in 2006 after spending more than two decades in information and security technology, working in a variety of technical and executive positions at Verisign, Vigilar and Insightix. He has consulted and led security projects at several multinational companies in the financial, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Dell also helped to set security standards for government and corporate entities, has trained hundreds in information security classes and workshops, and is a frequent conference speaker and a well-regarded technology writer. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Dell is a graduate of Emory University where he earned his BA in Political Science.

Gary Blume, Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Technology Solutions, Lightwave Security

Gary Blume is currently Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Technology Solutions at Lightwave Security, where he manages the industry-facing operations of the fast-growing company. He is responsible for strategic alliances, acquisitions, sales and marketing, corporate financial and human resources, and channel-friendly strategy and culture. He has more than 20 years' experience in information security, privacy and auditing in multiple industry sectors, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. He began his career with McDonnell Douglas Information Systems and worked in executive capacities with British Telecom, Diebold, VeriFone, GeoTrust, and the beTRUSTed division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. An alumnus of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a BA in Organizational Management from Malone College and an MBA, Executive Management, from Ashland University. Blume is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Lars Neupart, SecureAware® Creator, and Founder/CEO, Neupart A/S

Lars Neupart is the founder, CEO and board member of the Danish information security firm Neupart A/S. His system of using database objects to build information security policies and awareness programs is the basis for the flagship product of Neupart A/S. He also serves on the board of ITEK, an IT Business Association, is an appointed member of the IT-security committee of the Confederation of the Danish Industries, and serves as an elected board member of the Danish ISACA chapter Founding member of the ISSA Nordic chapter. A recognized information security expert with nearly a decade of corporate leadership experience, Neupart has focused information security strategies, risk assessments and analysis, policy development in accordance with International standards (ISO17799, ISO2700x, BS7799, etc.), awareness programs and vulnerability assessments. Prior to founding Neupart A/S, Lars worked with Ericsson, Dataco, Case and Olicom (acquired by Intel) and was a founder of IT security firm, Inc.
