Speed Mentoring helps new Canadians overcome the obstacle of not having a strong network of professional contacts. Jobseekers meet with a mentor from their industry for 10 minutes and, at the ring of a bell, move to the next mentor. These high-powered, high-energy coaching sessions provide jobseekers inspiration, encouragement and valuable industry information and connections. Over 500 jobseekers have participated in some of ACCES' most successful speed mentoring events with Kraft Canada, Unilever, McKinsey&Co., Proctor & Gamble, Deloitte, CIBC, TD, Eli Lilly and others.

ACCES is a leader in connecting qualified personnel with employers. Each year, over 15,000 job seekers are served at our 5 locations across the GTA. ACCES is a non-profit charitable organization and receives funding from all levels of government, corporate sponsors and the United Way of Greater Toronto.
