Media Advisory: MP Royal Galipeau to Announce International Research Partnerships on Key Social, Cultural and Economic Issues

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 22, 2010) - Royal Galipeau, MP, Ottawa-Orléans, on behalf of the Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State (Science and Technology), will announce the recipients of four major collaborative research projects funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). These projects bring together a total of some 140 Canadian and international researchers to build knowledge on social, cultural and economic issues of importance to Canadians.
