KINGSTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2010) - Ontario's home care system has already been seriously damaged by the McGuinty government's continuation of Mike Harris' contracting out policy and may now be a month away from further harm if the province proceeds with plans to lift its ban on competitive bidding when service contracts expire March 31, union officials, health care experts and home care workers will warn at a Kingston news conference on February 24.
